Chris Kneeland Co-Founder - Cult Ideas

Chris Kneeland is a seasoned marketing strategist with over 25 years of experience in brand building and customer engagement. As the co-founder and former CEO of Cult Collective, he has collaborated with renowned brands such as Harley-Davidson, Best Buy, and John Deere to foster deep customer loyalty and advocacy. Chris holds a master’s degree in marketing communications from Northwestern University and has shared his expertise as an adjunct professor at both Northwestern and Mount Royal University. 

Beyond his consultancy work, Chris co-founded The Gathering, an annual summit celebrating cult brands, and the Brand Hall of Fame, recognizing exceptional brand leadership. He is also the author of “FIX: A New Prescription To Cure Disengaged Customers, Prospects, and Staff,” offering insights into building passionate brand followings. A prolific speaker and thought leader, Chris continues to influence the marketing landscape through his writings and public engagements. 

Chris lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with his wife Holly. His favourite flavour is Madagascar Vanilla Bean.

James Costello CEO - Tool Shed Brewing Company

James Costello is a seasoned entrepreneur and financial strategist with over two decades of experience spanning the hospitality, real estate, and emerging technology sectors. As the founder of Pedal Pub Canada, he also successfully introduced and expanded the experiential tourism franchise nationwide. As the CEO of Tool Shed Brewing Company, he has been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and driving double-digit sales growth. 

A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and holder of the Institute of Corporate Directors designation (ICD.D), James combines financial acumen with strategic vision. His career highlights include orchestrating a $4.5 billion real estate joint venture and contributing to transactions exceeding $15 billion. Beyond his corporate endeavors, James is deeply committed to community engagement, emphasizing the integration of business success with community development.  

James and his family live in Calgary, and James’ favourite flavour is Chocolate Easter Egg.

Christine Rohrbach PRESIDENT, CG WELLINGTON

Christine Rohrbach is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in the dairy industry. As President of CG Wellington she leads the company’s strategic initiatives, emphasizing quality and community engagement. Prior to this role, Christine held several key positions at Gay Lea Foods, including Executive Vice President of Ingredients, Dairy Supply, Sustainability & Member Relations, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and fostering sustainable practices. 

Christine’s commitment to the dairy sector is further demonstrated by her tenure as General Manager and Comptroller at Hewitt’s Dairy Limited, where she oversaw financial operations and strategic planning. She also served as Manager of Communications and Membership Services at the Ontario Dairy Council, highlighting her dedication to industry advocacy. 

Christine lives in Ancaster, Ontario and her favourite flavour is Cookies & Cream.

Lyndsey Delamont PARTNER, MCCARTHY TÉTRAULT LLP

Lyndsey Delamont is a Partner with McCarthy Tétrault LLP's Litigation Group, where her practice primarily focuses on representing companies in complex commercial disputes, including regarding accounting disputes, royalties, insurance-related matters and employment issues. 

Lyndsey has served on her firm’s national pro bono committee since 2016, and is the supervising lawyer for the Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC) Indigenous Youth Outreach Project, which delivers a mock trial program to Siksika First Nation students. She regularly volunteers with the Civil Claims Duty Counsel Project and the Queen’s Bench Amicus Project, which provide pro bono legal advice to unrepresented litigants.

Lyndsey is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association, the Calgary Bar Association, and the Association of Women Lawyers. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and big brown dog in Calgary, and her favourite flavour is Dairy-Free Peanut Butter & Jam.


Debbie Blakeman Former Chief People Officer, ATB Financial

Debbie Blakeman is an experienced HR executive leader, known for developing organizational leadership, championing great cultures and great places to work. She is business savvy, having worked in financial services across Canada and internationally, leading the human capital side of business through all aspects of business cycles, change and transformation.  

Debbie retired from the corporate track in 2020 as Chief People Officer at ATB Financial, having seen the organization progress to #1 Best Place to Work in Canada. She has a mentor and coaching practice (Younitive Leadership) and is co-founder of CulturGenix, a boutique consulting firm specializing in advancing leadership and organizational culture.She developed the CulturDiagnostiX assessment and co-authored the Psychometric Technical Manual (2025) demonstrating the rigour validity and reliability of the assessment.

Debbie lives in Calgary with her husband Barry, where they both enjoy cycling the city pathways and park trails, gardening, and savouring the wonders of travel. She can’t choose only one favourite flavour - it’s a solid tie between Lemon Lime and Sea Salted Caramel!

Cindy Bokitch Former COO, SmartSweets

Vancouver based Cindy Bokitch has brought her legendary experience in leadership, strategic growth, operational excellence and innovation initiatives to the Righteous Board since 2023.

Before joining Righteous, Cindy led teams (and sparked massive growth) at Starbucks, Lululemon, and SmartSweets, holding roles from VP Global Operations to COO.

Cindy is passionate about supporting female founders and natural, “better for you” businesses, holding Fractional C-Suite roles with withinUs (TruMarine Collagen) and Hive Naturals Merchandising. In addition to Righteous, she also lends her expertise as an Advisory Board member for Chiwis and Moonshine Mamas, and serves as an advisory partner with Toronto-based Leap Strategy Partners.

In her spare time, Cindy loves road biking, traveling, and is inspired by the world of architecture and design. Cindy’s favourite flavour is Cookies & Cream.
