Jim McKillop Former CFO, ATB Financial

Board Chair Jim McKillop, FCA, ICD.D is a seasoned financial executive with unique experience in all areas of strategic and financial management in the financial services, food, telecommunications and mining industries. 

Before retiring in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer at ATB Financial, Jim’s extensive career included executive roles with Lilydale Foods, Telus Corporation and Echo Bay Mines, as well as a 2 year stint in Prague, Czech Republic, as Controller for a wireless phone company.  

Jim currently serves on a number of Alberta-based boards in addition to consulting and lives in St. Albert where he loves spending time with his wife Laurel, three daughters and four grandchildren all of whom live in the Edmonton area. Jim’s favourite flavour is the seasonal Strawberry Banana.

Todd Kelly Chief Executive Officer of Love Good Fats

Based in Toronto, Todd Kelly has deep experience in building brands and businesses within the consumer packaged goods space.

Previous to his current position as the CEO of Love Good Fats, Todd was the CEO at Balzac’s Coffee Ltd, the General Manager of KIND Healthy Snacks, and he has held senior Sales, Marketing and General Management roles with Irving, Clorox, Molson-Coors and Unilever. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor, Todd also has extensive leadership training as a member of the United States Marine Corps.

Outside of his work life, Todd enjoys time with his wife Sharon and their two children, coaching minor hockey and spending time outdoors and his favourite flavour is Mint Chocolate Stracciatella.

Adam Legge President of the Business Council of Alberta

Adam Legge and has spent over two decades building and leading high-performance teams and organizations in business, public policy and economic development. He is a life-long student of economics and history and believes strongly in the ability of a team to create something remarkable.

Adam was the 18th President and CEO of the Calgary Chamber, the author of 'Making Remarkable', and former Director at the Haskayne School of Business and Vice President and Chief Economist at Calgary Economic Development. In addition to Righteous, Adam serves on the Board of Vibrant Communities Calgary and on the boards of a number of Calgary-based private companies.

In Adam’s spare time you can find him spending time with his kids, outdoors or reading, and his favourite flavour is Dairy Free Dark Chocolate. 

Marg Rogers CPA, CGA

Marg Rogers is a professional designated accountant, with over 25 years of experience in financial management including financial reporting, corporate accounting, budgeting and forecasting and internal controls.

Marg’s extensive career has been in the oil and gas industry where she held the position of Controller with various private oil and gas companies.  As Controller, Marg was a key member of the management team responsible for building start-up companies from the ground up and growing shareholder value, which led to their successful disposition.

Marg is married to her high school sweetheart Dave and they have 2 children.  She enjoys travelling, the occasional golf game, spending time with family and friends, and indulging in Dairy Free Chocolate Peanut Butter.

Lyndsey Delamont PARTNER, MCCARTHY TÉTRAULT LLP

Lyndsey Delamont is a Partner with McCarthy Tétrault LLP's Litigation Group, where her practice primarily focuses on representing companies in complex commercial disputes, including regarding accounting disputes, royalties, insurance-related matters and employment issues. 

Lyndsey has served on her firm’s national pro bono committee since 2016, and is the supervising lawyer for the Pro Bono Students Canada (PBSC) Indigenous Youth Outreach Project, which delivers a mock trial program to Siksika First Nation students. She regularly volunteers with the Civil Claims Duty Counsel Project and the Queen’s Bench Amicus Project, which provide pro bono legal advice to unrepresented litigants.

Lyndsey is a member of the Law Society of Alberta, the Canadian Bar Association, the Calgary Bar Association, and the Association of Women Lawyers. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and big brown dog in Calgary, and her favourite flavour is Dairy-Free Peanut Butter & Jam.


Debbie Blakeman Former Chief People Officer, ATB Financial

Debbie Blakeman is an experienced HR executive leader, known for developing organizational leadership, championing great cultures and great places to work. She is business savvy having worked in financial services, across Canada and internationally, leading the human capital side of business through all aspects of business cycles, change and transformation.  


Debbie retired in 2020 as Chief People Officer at ATB Financial, having seen the organization progress under her watch to  #1  Best Place to Work in Canada. She continues to serve on the Calgary Women’s Emergency Shelter Board and has more recently founded a consultancy practice in leadership, culture and coaching. Debbie lives in Calgary with her husband Barry, where they both enjoy cycling the city pathways and park trails, gardening, and making wine.  She can’t  choose only one favourite flavour - it’s a solid tie between Mango Pineapple and Sea Salted Caramel!

Cindy Bokitch Former COO SmartSweets

Vancouver based Cindy Bokitch brings her legendary experience in leadership, strategic growth, operational excellence and innovation initiatives to the Righteous Board.

Before joining Righteous, Cindy led teams (and sparked massive growth) at Starbucks, Lululemon, and Smart Sweets, holding a wide range of roles from VP Global Operations to COO.

Cindy is passionate about supporting female founders and sits on the advisory boards of several businesses focusing on natural, ‘better for you’ alternatives, including Yoggu!, Moonshine Mamas, Save da Sea, and Chiwis. In her spare time, Cindy loves spending time with her family, road biking, traveling, and is inspired by the world of architecture and design. Cindy’s favourite flavour is Mint Chocolate Straciatella.
